Ons Genot

Ons genot is a fantastic artisan cheese made to a traditional Flemish recipe on the Belgian Dutch border. The 300 strong herd of cows feed on a special selection of grasses, grown for their higher protein and sugar content resulting in a richer, more decadent cheese.

Ons Genot is a hard, Gouda style cheese which is full flavoured, slightly fruity and has a well balanced saltiness. It is rich, creamy and smooth in texture.

This cheese is aged for 6 months and is made with pasteurised cows’ milk and traditional rennet.
