Benedetto Cavalieri Capellini d’Angelo
The Cavalieri family has been committed to growing durum wheat for pasta production since 1800 and hand selected fields in Apulia, Italy for the purpose. In 1918, the family were able to open the Mill and Pasta Factory to create world class pasta, even designing drying rooms to revolutionise the process. Today, the fourth generation of the family run the business, maintaining the same high standards and using the same high quality ingredients as when the business began.
Capellini d’Angelo is a very thin spaghetti-like durum wheat semolina pasta in long stands, like hair.
