Belazu White Condimento of Modena
White Condimento of Modena is made with Trebianno grapes (the white half of the famous Balsamic vinegar duo) from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, however fermentation is started with white wine vinegar instead of red.
This vinegar has a fantastically complex flavour. It starts out rich and sweet but reveals a gentle acidity on the palate.
