Cajohns Black Cherry Vanilla Bourbon Infused Chipotle Habanero Hot Sauce
Cajohns Fiery Foods was founded in 1997 by chilli enthusiast John ‘Cajohn’ Hard. His philosophy was to always let the chilli be the star of the sauce so all sauces start with a mash of fresh chillis instead of a fermented mash or extracts. This results in sauces absolutely packed with flavour.
This ultra fruity recipe allows each ingredient to shine in it’s own way. Chipotle adds a smoky flavour whilst the Habanero gives a spicy hit. It’s also infused with Jim Beam Black Label Bourbon Whisky that is barrel aged for 8 years then added to casks containing black cherries and vanilla beans. Enjoy with ribs, steak or any variety of other tasty dishes.
