Chaorce originates in the village of Chaorce in the Champagne-Ardenne region of France and has been made since the 14th Century.
Chaorce is an incredibly rich, soft, velvety cheese with a sharp, tangy, lactic flavour and undertones of mushroom.
This cheese is 2 to 4 weeks old but can be aged for up to 2 months and is made with raw cows’ milk and traditional rennet.
