Charman Caribbean Hot Sauce
In 2006, Chris Sutton started fire roasting peppers to create unique hot sauces. This Caribbean version uses traditional spices found in island cuisine and pairs them with mango, pineapple and hot peppers, such as the Manzano, Guero and Habanero. It’s perfect with fish tacos, grilled prawns or chicken.
Ingredients: Chillies (Manzanos, Gueros and Habaneros), Water, Vinegar, Mango, Pineapple, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Spices, Xanthan Gum.
