Chermoula is a North African spice paste made from fresh coriander, lemon and cumin.
This paste is zesty and has a warm, intense flavour with citrus notes. It is divine brushed over meat or fish before roasting and also makes a delicious addition to soups and stews and a brilliant salad dressing. Total: 130g.
Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Preserved Lemons (24%), Onions, Capers, Fresh Coriander (4%), Fresh Parsley, Salt, Cumin (2%), Garlic Puree, Dried Coriander, Red Chilli Peppers, Spices. Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
