Cyprus Village Halloumi is made by the Stephani family, who have been in Halloumi production for generations. They only make their Halloumi with 100% goats’ milk, the traditional way, for the most authentic flavour and texture.
This Halloumi has a clean taste with fresh, lactic qualities and a well balanced saltiness. It has a soft texture without being rubbery and, when grilled or fried, becomes nutty and flavourful.
This cheese is aged for 1 to 2 months and is made with goats milk and vegetarian rennet.
