La Molisana are fourth generation pasta makers, with a 100 year history, who have been carefully selecting and grinding the finest varieties of wheat since day one. Despite the fact that Molisana are now one of the larger pasta producers in Italy, they still pay great attention to quality and detail and produce an affordable and delicious range of pasta.
