Lord of the Hundreds
Lord of the Hundreds is crafted from free range, raw milk, sourced from sustainable family farms in and around East Sussex. The dairy and farmers embrace traditional farming methods, nurture the hedgerows and put the animals' health, freedom to roam and quality of life at the forefront of what they do.
Lord of the Hundreds is a hard cheese, based originally on a Pecorino recipe, which has a fudgy texture and a complex, sweet- savoury flavour with notes of honey and meadow grass.
This cheese is aged for 8 to 10 months and is made with raw ewes’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
