Maison Cassandrine Apricot Jam
Maison Cassandrine is the oldest jam factory in the French Pyrenees, having been established in 1980 to keep the old traditions of homemade style jam production alive. The company only select the very best quality fruits from regional markets and cook each batch slowly ‘au chaudron’, in the traditional black cauldrons of their ancestors.
This is a beautiful jam, perfect for croissants, toast and porridge. Total weight: 330g.
