Mekkerstee Fenugreek is a unique goats’ milk Gouda packed with fenugreek seeds, made in Ouddorp in the Dutch province of South Holland.
Mekkerstee ( pronounced 'meckurshtay') Fenugreek is a hard cheese and has a smooth and silky texture and is generously filled with fenugreek seeds which give the cheese a savoury, and nutty flavour whilst still retaining its delicate nature.
This cheese is aged for 6 months and is made with organic, pasteurised goats’ milk and traditional rennet.
