Olives - Nocellara del Belice
Noccellara olives grow in South West Sicily and are vivid green in colour, with a buttery, sweet and fresh flavour and crisp, meaty bite. They are cured for just 10 days using the Castelvetrano method so maintain their bright natural colour and al dente texture.
Olives are sent out either in a compostable, faux plastic tub or in a recycled glass jar.
