Pickled Garlic Cloves
Whole garlic cloves, cured and marinaded in oil, chilli and herbs. They have a sweet flavour, reminiscent of fresh crunchy garlic, with no bitterness or heat. The cloves are then dressed in a chilli- herb marinade, ready to serve as an antipasto or to use as a salad ingredient.
Care instructions: Keep refrigerated and under oil, best consumed within 3 weeks.
Ingredients: Garlic cloves (contains salt and grape vinegar), Sunflower oil, salt, chilli, dried basil, dried parsley, dried mint.
