The Quinlan family have over 60 years experience creating smoked salmon. Every salmon is prepared by hand before being cold smoked with native Irish wood chippings. This Wild Smoked Salmon is a fish untouched by pollution or human interference. When the fish land a few km off the South Coast of Kerry they are in absolute pristine condition.
