Ravida Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Ravida family hail from Trapani, a town in West Sicily, with roots going back as far as the 14th Century. The family ancestry consisted predominantly of senior government and clergy officials, but when Antonio Ravida moved from Trapani to Menfi in the 1770s, he received a large cork, grape and olive producing estate as a dowry and so settled for a life of cultivation and agriculture on the estate. This family tradition of olive oil production continues to this day and now has a 250 year history. 

This Ravida Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from a blend of Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara olives which are pressed on the day of picking, stored in small casks and bottled to order. It is elegant and well balanced with aromas of lemon blossom and freshly mown hay. This bottle contains 500ml.
