Vincotto Raspberry Vinegar
Vincotto literally translates as ‘cooked wine’ and is made by slowly cooking and reducing grape must then ageing it in oak barrels for around 4 years. This caramelises the sugars and creates sweet, dried fruit flavours.
Vincotto Raspberry is made from a traditional Vincotto base, blended with raspberries to create a sweet and dense, velvety vinegar with a distinctive raspberry flavour.
