Asensio Sanchez has extensive experience in the production and sale of capers and caper berries, having launched in 1930. The company is well known for their high quality, traditional products.

Capers are the closed buds of the caper bush, which is native to the Mediterranean region. They are highly nutritious and traditionally consumed pickled or brined. These capers are full of flavour and add a salty, tangy, lemon like flavour to a whole range of wonderful dishes.
