Apple, Peach & Apricot Chutney, Rosebud Preserves

Company founder Elspeth Biltoft learnt to forage in the Yorkshire Dales with her parents, who were passionate about the countryside. As a child, she began creating seasonal preserves with her mother and by the 1980’s was making preserves for her own family, gathering her produce from the wild, alongside her kitchen garden.

In 1988, the family moved to Rosebud Farm in North Yorkshire and converted two traditional barns into a production area. The company have since seen huge growth and now sell to independent delicatessens, cheesemongers and farm shops throughout the UK.


This is a lightly spiced and naturally sweetened chutney, made with plump stone fruits and fresh Bramley apples. Total weight: 198g.

Bramley Apples (48%), Unrefined Sugar, Dried Peaches (10%) (Sulphites), Dried Apricots (10%) (Sulphites), Cider Vinegar, Sultanas, Fresh Garlic, Fresh Ginger, Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper.
