Classic Cuvee, Lyme Bay

This Classic Cuvée is an elegant sparkling wine with a depth of citrus and sone fruit flavours as well as aromas of cooked apples, honey and almond. It has delicate, fine bubbles and is a beautiful golden colour. On the nose, there are notes of lemon, peach and apricot while on the palate, it is crisp and has great depth and length. 


This Classic Cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, all of which are hand picked. ABV 12%.
