Gooseberry Preserve

Single Variety Co was launched in 2016 in Nicola’s home kitchen in London. She had a desire to create the very best tasting fruit preserves and chilli jams on the market. Every jam is still made in small batches using fruit from local farms and the least amount of sugar possible so that the flavour of each fruit and chilli can truly shine.

Only British Invicta Gooseberries from Kent go into this delicious preserve. Each gooseberry is topped and tailed and then hand cooked in small batches to create a perfectly balanced sweet and tart jam.
