Aceto di Vino da Moscato, Cesare Giaccone
Cesare Giaccone first started producing his vinegars in the seventies, exclusively for his restaurant. He used quality wines from the best local producers, following the ancient and traditional Langhe method. This involves slow fermentation of wine in mulberry, oak and cherry barrels.
This Muscat wine vinegar has a delicate amber colour, an musky and aromatic bouquet of orange blossom and sage and the flavour of fresh fruit.
