St Cera is the sister cheese of St Jude, one of our most local cheeses, and is made from a single herd of Montbeliarde cows on a family farm in Suffolk. Every cheese is handmade in small batches with care, passion and respect for the high quality milk.
St Cera is the rind washed, smelly version of St Jude, which is a beautiful, soft, mould ripened cheese with a fantastic rich and creamy flavour. St Cera has a more intense, strong and fruity flavour with a pink/orange hue and stickier, gooier texture.
This cheese is 4 weeks old and is made with raw cows’ milk and traditional rennet.
