Lemon Oil, A L'Olivier

A L’Olivier was founded by Amand Darbonne and Eugène Popelin in 1822. Eugène was a pharmacist, who was dedicated to teaching Parisians about the benefits of olive oil, which were little known at the time, and sourcing and stocking the finest olive oils in the world. Amand was a farmer, who settled in Milly-la-Forêt, an area where monks grew plants for medicinal purposes back in the 12th century. He was passionate about aromatic plants and laid the foundations for their agricultural and industry adventure.

Today, A L’Olivier cultivate aromatic plants in an ancient valley, favouring non invasive plants and non polluting methods, as well as working with innovative farmers who use nature as their inspiration.

This aromatic olive oil is infused with lemon from Nice and has a deliciously fruity flavour and slightly bitter note from the citrus. This bottle contains 250ml.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (93.8%), Lemon Peel (5%), Lemon Extract (1%), Lemon Essential Oil (0.2%).
